T-shirt (guaranteed if registered before 4/7/20), swag bag, chip timing, snacks after the race

This event is our main fundraising event
for our scholarship program
Runners, Walkers, Strollers are all welcome.
Proceeds beyond race expenses go to the
Hersey Deaf Alumni Scholarship Fund.
RACE INFORMATION
Location of Start / Finish Area & Parking The start and finish of the race will be at Busse Woods, Grove 29
located off Golf Road in Elk Grove Village, IL
Timing Chicago Race Management & Timing will be on hand to provide finish times to all runners and walkers participating in the 5K. The timing is based on bib number, so please have your bib number displayed on the front of your shirt,
at all times while running the race.
Inclement Weather Policy The Huskies Pride Run/Walk race is held rain or shine. We follow the CARA rules on weather safety. In the event of lightning, the race will be suspended until we can ensure the safety of all racers before continuing the race.
Packet Pick Up & Race Day Registration Opens at 8:00am until 8:45am
Packet pick is only available on race day.
Both packet pickup and day of race registration will be located at Grove 29 in Busse Woods
Cash or check only accepted on race morning. Strollers are welcome. No rollerblades, scooters, or roller-skates. No pets please. Walkers and participants with strollers please start in the back. Race course subject to change without notice.
